the owners were excellent communicators and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. the property itself was spacious and well, equipped, perfect for accommodating four adults. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the helpful 'how to' cards next to the appliances, making it easy to use everything without having to search through a manual. the location of the apartment was great, just a short 10, minute walk from a bustling area with supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. We also enjoyed lovely river walks in the area. the sound, proofing and heating were effective, ensuring a comfortable stay. the icing on the cake was the Christmas lights and decorations that the owners had put up, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.
We also appreciated the welcoming milk, tea, and coffee provided. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

Lovely river walks nearby and a great location for exploring the area. The open plan apartment was modern and well-equipped, with helpful instructions for the appliances. We appreciated the ample parking and effective sound-proofing and heating. The owners had also thoughtfully decorated the place with Christmas lights and decorations, creating a festive atmosphere. Plus, they provided a welcoming touch with milk, tea, and coffee.
There were a few small improvements that could be made. The lack of a hairdryer was surprising for a property of this standard, and a larger mirror in the main bedroom would have been useful.

The location was perfect for our outdoor activities. We enjoyed wonderful golfing at the nearby courses and had some great fishing adventures in the beautiful river. The cycling routes around the area were breathtaking, providing us with unforgettable family memories. The property itself was modern and open plan, providing a comfortable and spacious environment for all of us.
My children wanted more indoor games and activities.

I always choose this place for my stay in Blairgowrie and Rattray. The staff even helped me with currency recommendations. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, paid parking, cycling, fishing, and a golf course. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. Coming back for the weekend.

Enjoyed the complimentary WiFi, but had to fight for the private parking with the imaginary guests in my head. Nearby golf and fishing activities were perfect distractions from the noisy dishwasher and dirty windows.
Too many leisurely activities available, made it hard to decide whether to golf, fish, or clean the windows.
